My Journey

I’m a certified mind/body wellness coach, hypnotherapist and habit change expert.  Passionate about helping you break free from limiting patterns habit and beleifs that no longer serve you so you can step into your fullest potential.

My journey into the world of holistic wellness and transformative change began in my early 20’s when I was seeking to make sense of my own chaotic world and break free from intense panic attacks, anxiety and complete burn out. I was fuling my days with all the wrong things just to make it through and I knew there had to be a better way than prescription drugs and turning to unwanted coping mechanisms. The truth is our modern world doesn’t want you to know that you have a choice in how you get to think, act and feel. This experience ignited a fire within me to understand the intricate connections between our minds, bodies, and the habits that shape our lives.

As a mind/body wellness coach and hypnotherapist, I blend cutting-edge neuroscience with time-honored holistic practices to create a unique, powerful approach to personal transformation.
