WHY I DO THIS WORK

Because this was me.

On the outside, I looked healthy.
I ate well. I exercised. I did all the “right” things.

But underneath that…

My nervous system was stuck in overdrive.

I was living in a constant state of fight or flight—
dealing with a debilitating panic disorder that didn’t make sense based on how I was living.

During the day, I relied on lattes just to push through.
At night, it was wine to try to shut my system down and quiet my mind.

I felt completely disconnected from my body.
Like I was doing everything right… and still being betrayed by how I felt.

And nothing I tried actually fixed it.

Not more discipline. Not tougher workouts
Not more healthy habits.
Not more information.

Because the problem wasn’t what I was doing.

It was the patterns underneath it all.

Patterns my body had learned.
Patterns my nervous system kept reinforcing.
Patterns my behavior kept repeating—no matter how hard I tried to change them.

That’s what led me here.

To find a way to work with the body, the nervous system, and behavior together.
Not separately, not conceptually.
