The Experience

RESET is a 75-minute, full-sensory guided experience designed to feel like a complete nervous system exhale.

Blending gentle breathwork, intentional restorative movement, sound, and guided visualization, RESET supports guests in releasing stress and tension and returning to a grounded, regulated state—mind, body, and spirit.

This is not a yoga class.
It is not a traditional spa treatment.

RESET is a curated nervous system state—a safe, deeply held space where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and guests can fully arrive.

Why RESET Belongs in Restorative Spaces

Today’s guests are arriving overstimulated, fatigued, and carrying far more than they realize.

While traditional spa treatments offer relaxation, RESET goes a step deeper—supporting regulation at the nervous system level so rest can truly land.

Rooted in ancient yoga wisdom and informed by modern neuroscience, RESET bridges the gap between relaxation and restoration. Without clinical language, performative wellness, or trend-based programming.

Guests don’t have to do anything.
They are guided.

What Guests Experience

Guests often describe RESET as the moment their nervous system exhales.

They leave with:

  • A felt sense of calm and grounding

  • A noticeable release of mental and physical tension

  • Slower breath and a settled nervous system

  • A deeper sense of presence and embodiment

RESET supports guests in resting from the inside out.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Tiffany, the founder and guide behind RESET. My work blends ancient yoga wisdom with modern nervous system science to support deep, embodied restoration—without performance, pressure, or hours of meditation.

As a PNW native, I have a deep, lived relationship with this land and an understanding of how profoundly restorative this place can be. I’ve experienced firsthand how nature, pace, and presence support the nervous system in ways nothing else can. That relationship to place shapes how I guide RESET and why this work feels especially aligned with restorative environments like spas, resorts, and retreat spaces.

RESET grew from years of study, practice, and lived experience guiding individuals and groups into states of regulation, presence, and ease. My role is not to fix or push, but to create a safe, intentional container where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and guests can fully arrive.

I bring this work with care, discernment, and respect for the space you hold—adapting each experience thoughtfully to support your guests and the environment they’re stepping into.

Love Notes From Past Clients

  • Workshop Experience

“I didn’t realize how much I was holding until I didn’t have to anymore. The RESET workshop felt like someone finally gave my nervous system permission to slow down. I left clearer, calmer, and more present—not just relaxed, but genuinely settled.”
    — Sarah M.

  • Corporate Retreat

“RESET was unlike anything we’ve brought into a corporate retreat before. It met our team exactly where they were—overstimulated, stretched thin, and still expected to lead. The shift afterward was palpable: quieter minds, more grounded conversations, and a sense of cohesion that carried through the rest of our time together.”
    — Retreat & Leadership Offsite Organizer

  • Private Group Experience

“This wasn’t a class or a session—it felt like being guided into a different state entirely. Our group dropped in quickly and deeply, and the sense of connection afterward was something we couldn’t have forced. Everyone left feeling nourished, regulated, and more at home in their body.”
