  • What I Can Do

I am a certified somatic hypnotherapist, functional wellness coach and trauma informed yoga instructor, that specializes in holistic, mind-body-centered healing. I support clients in working toward their self-defined wellness goals. My approach integrates mind-body practices designed to support emotional well-being, nervous system awareness, stress reduction, and sustainable habit change.

I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide psychotherapy. My work is supportive and educational in nature and can complement care provided by licensed medical and mental health professionals.
