Welcome, I’m Tiffany

I'm a health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, lifelong learner, nature lover, and someone who believes wellness should make your life better.

Not restricted.

I don't believe in perfect routines, punishment disguised as self-care, or pretending that a green smoothie fixes everything.

I believe in good food, movement, sleep, nature, meaningful relationships, honest conversations, nervous-system regulation, and occasionally saying, "You know what? I think we need a glass of water and a nap."

Most of all, I believe people are capable of changing.

I've spent the last several years studying what helps us do exactly that.

Today, I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Master Transformational Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher.

But the credentials are only part of the story.

I've lived the work, too.

My path here hasn't been particularly linear.

I've spent more than two decades in hospitality, built businesses, created events and retreats, taught yoga, worked with clients one-on-one, and experienced firsthand what happens when you spend too long running on stress, overwork, and the belief that you have to hold everything together.

I've also spent years studying behavior change, the nervous system, mindfulness, movement, and the subconscious patterns that influence the choices we make every day.

Eventually, I realized these weren't separate pieces.

They were all connected.

And that's how I approach wellness today.

Science meets soul.

I'm interested in what the research tells us about health and behavior change.

I'm equally interested in what your body is telling you.

Because you are not a spreadsheet.

You're a whole human being with a history, a nervous system, relationships, responsibilities, dreams, habits, beliefs, and a life that doesn't always cooperate with the wellness plan you made on Sunday night.

My job isn't to tell you how to live.

It's to help you understand yourself well enough to make choices that support the life you actually want.

Why women?

Because I am one and one navigating the changes of mid-life.

The things that worked in your twenties and thirties may not work anymore.

Your body changes.

Your priorities change.

Your relationships change.

Your work changes.

Sometimes your tolerance for bullshit changes dramatically.

And somewhere along the way, many women realize they've spent years being everything for everyone else and aren't quite sure where they fit into their own lives anymore.

I love working with women in this chapter.

Not because you need fixing.

Because you may finally be ready to put yourself back on the list.

And then there's the Gorge.

I live in the Columbia River Gorge, and I can't separate my understanding of wellness from the natural world around me.

Some of my favorite conversations happen while walking.

Some of the best practices are simply breathing fresh air, moving your body, gathering food, sitting beside a river, or looking up long enough to remember that your problems are not the entire universe.

That's why my work extends beyond coaching and yoga.

It also includes retreats, workshops, private experiences, and adventures designed to help people experience wellbeing—not just talk about it.

My philosophy is simple.

Start where you are.

Look at the whole picture.

Find the root, not just the symptom.

Make changes that fit your real life.

And don't forget to enjoy the life you're working so hard to improve.

I'm glad you're here.
