Private RESET + RESTORE sessions guide your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest — the state where the body can soften, restore, and regulate.

This work is not about fixing, forcing, or performing wellness.

It’s about creating the conditions where your system can settle and reorganize itself.

Over the course of the series, many clients experience:

How the Process Works

1. Start With a Conversation & Intake

We begin with a brief conversation and intake form so I can understand:

  • What your nervous system has been carrying

  • How stress shows up in your body and life

  • What has and hasn’t helped in the past

This ensures the work is personal, precise, and supportive.

2. 60-Minute Nervous System Mapping Call

Before your first RESET session, we meet for a one-hour private call.

In this session we:

  • Explore the deeper root patterns behind your stress

  • Look at how your system responds under pressure

  • Identify sensory supports that help you settle

  • Practice a simple regulation exercise you can use immediately

Many clients feel relief and clarity from this call alone.

3. Five Private RESET + RESTORE Sessions

You’ll then receive five private, guided RESET sessions, scheduled at a pace that supports integration.

Each session is slow, grounded, and responsive — meeting your nervous system exactly where it is.

In-Person Sessions (Hood River, OR)

Held at The Healing Cabin, a quiet, secluded space in the Hood River Valley.

Your experience includes:

  • A calm arrival with grounding tea

  • Supportive props and a PEMF mat

  • Guided nervous system restoration practices

  • Time to rest or walk the property afterward

  • A custom recorded session to support ongoing regulation

  • Simple integration practices to support daily regulation

This option is ideal for those who benefit from environment, sensory support, and deep rest.

Virtual Sessions (Zoom)

Virtual sessions follow the same nervous system framework and personalization.

You’ll receive:

  • Five private guided RESET sessions

  • A custom session recording after each session

  • Simple integration practices to support daily regulation

Virtual sessions are offered at a lower investment due to the absence of the physical setting and amenities.

What This Is — and What It Isn’t

I’m Tiffany — a mind–body wellness practitioner, restorative yoga instructor, and hypnotherapist specializing in nervous system regulation for chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout.

My work supports people who are capable and high-functioning, yet living in bodies that rarely feel settled.

RESET is grounded in creating the conditions where the nervous system can return to safety, rhythm, and rest — often resulting in significantly reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and a greater ability to regulate stress in daily life.
