RESET for Retreats

A Guided Nervous System Experience for Immersive, Nature-Based Gatherings

Get In Touch

The Experience

RESET is a guided nervous system experience designed to support deep restoration, presence, and embodied integration—especially within immersive retreat environments.

Blending gentle breathwork, intentional restorative movement, sound, and guided visualization, RESET helps participants settle their nervous systems and soften into a grounded, receptive state—where insight, connection, and integration can naturally unfold.

This is not a yoga class.
It is not a workshop or a technique.

RESET is a curated nervous system state—one that allows participants to truly arrive in the experience, the environment, and themselves.

Why RESET Belongs in Retreat Spaces

Retreats create rare conditions: time, space, and distance from daily demands.

RESET helps participants fully meet those conditions.

By supporting regulation at the nervous system level, RESET allows:

  • deeper presence in the body

  • greater emotional and mental spaciousness

  • more meaningful connection within the group

  • integration of retreat experiences rather than overload

Rather than adding more content or instruction, RESET creates the internal conditions that allow the retreat itself to land more deeply.

What Participants Experience

Participants often describe RESET as the moment everything slows down enough to be felt.

Common experiences include:

  • A sense of grounding and safety in the body

  • A quieting of mental noise

  • Deeper access to intuition and insight

  • Increased openness to connection and reflection

  • A felt sense of nourishment and restoration

RESET supports retreats in becoming not just memorable—but integrated.

How RESET Is Offered in Retreat Settings

RESET can be woven into retreats in a variety of ways, including:

  • Opening sessions to help participants arrive and settle

  • Mid-retreat experiences to support integration and regulation

  • Closing sessions to anchor insights and transitions

  • Stand-alone experiences within multi-day retreats

Each experience is thoughtfully adapted to the retreat’s intention, pacing, and environment.

RESET supports the arc of the retreat rather than competing with it.

An Invitation

RESET is offered through thoughtful, aligned retreat collaborations.

If you’re curious about integrating RESET into a retreat you’re hosting or planning, I’d love to begin a conversation.

Each collaboration starts with listening—so we can ensure the experience supports your retreat’s vision, rhythm, and participants.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

The founder and guide behind RESET. My work blends ancient yoga wisdom with modern nervous system science to support deep, embodied restoration in immersive environments.

As a Columbia River Gorge native, I have a deep relationship with land and place and understand how profoundly nature supports the nervous system when we allow ourselves to slow down and listen. That relationship shapes how I guide RESET and why this work feels especially aligned with retreat settings.

RESET grew from years of study, practice, and lived experience guiding individuals and groups into states where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and deeper ways of being can emerge.

In retreat spaces, my role is to support the container—to help participants arrive, settle, and integrate—so the retreat experience can unfold with greater depth, ease, and meaning.

Love Notes From Past Clients

  • Workshop Experience

“I didn’t realize how much I was holding until I didn’t have to anymore. The RESET workshop felt like someone finally gave my nervous system permission to slow down. I left clearer, calmer, and more present—not just relaxed, but genuinely settled.”
    — Sarah M.

  • Corporate Retreat

“RESET was unlike anything we’ve brought into a corporate retreat before. It met our team exactly where they were—overstimulated, stretched thin, and still expected to lead. The shift afterward was palpable: quieter minds, more grounded conversations, and a sense of cohesion that carried through the rest of our time together.”

  • Private Group Experience

“This wasn’t a class or a session—it felt like being guided into a different state entirely. Our group dropped in quickly and deeply, and the sense of connection afterward was something we couldn’t have forced. Everyone left feeling nourished, regulated, and more at home in their body.”
