My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply restorative—perfect whether you’re navigating the holiday rush, daily life, or even peak athletic performance.

I teach in person in the Columbia River Gorge and online, so you can access these restorative sessions wherever you are. Together, we’ll create space for your body to relax, your mind to quiet, and your energy to reset.
