Yoga, Nature, And Creative Restoration Rooted In The Columbia River Gorge.

Welcome - I’m Tiffany.

I work with women who feel disconnected from themselves.
From their body, their creativity, and the deeper rhythms of life.

Women who are holding a lot.
Who are used to pushing through.
Who feel stuck in their head… or quietly exhausted in a way rest doesn’t seem to touch.

And somewhere along the way, they’ve drifted away from themselves.

My work is about helping you come back.

Back into your body.
Back into a sense of steadiness.
Back into a relationship with yourself that feels authentic.

Through slow, seasonal practices rooted in yoga, nervous system support, nature, and creative expression, I guide you into a place where you can soften, listen, and reconnect. So you feel grounded, inspired and fully alive again.

Rooted in the wild beauty of the Columbia River Gorge, this work is shaped by the natural world. By cycles, by stillness, and by the understanding that nothing in nature heals through force.

And neither do we.

My Approach

Rooted in slow practice, Ayurvedic rhythm, and the belief that everyone is creative.

My teaching is grounded in practices that support deep rest, awareness, and embodied presence—a return to the quiet intelligence of the body.

Through mediation, breath work and restorative movement I guide experiences that help the nervous system downshift and the body become a home again. This isn’t about achieving a shape or pushing through discomfort. It’s about making space for softness, for steadiness, for the kind of listening that changes everything.

I’m influenced by Ayurvedic wisdom, which reminds us we are seasonal beings. Just as the river and forest shift through cycles, so do we. There are times for movement and times for stillness, times for expansion and times for deep replenishment. My work invites you to live in rhythm with the season you’re in—within your body, your life, and the planet itself.

And because expression is part of wholeness, I hold space for creativity. Especially for those who have been told they “aren’t creative.” (I don’t buy it.) When the body feels safe, creativity often returns on its own—as play, as intuition, as a quiet yes.

What I Offer

Nature Immersions

Guided experiences in the landscapes that inspire my work.
These offerings blend mindfulness, movement, creativity, play and connection with the natural world.

They are invitations to step away from the noise of daily life and return to the quiet wisdom of nature.

Values

I believe in:

• Living creatively
• Protecting wild places
• Slowing down in a fast world
• Expressing what moves through us
• Supporting the wellness of the planet and the people supported by it

My work is an expression of these values — and an invitation for others to explore them in their own lives.

A Life Rooted in the Gorge

The Columbia River Gorge is more than home — it is a constant source of inspiration.

The rivers, forests, cliffs, and winds shape my art, my practice, and the experiences I share.

Everything I offer grows from this landscape and from a deep love for the wild beauty that surrounds us.
