Before becoming a Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Health & Wellness Coach, and Yoga Teacher, I spent more than twenty years working in hospitality.

I’m Tiffany Whipps
A Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and creator of restorative wellness experiences in the Columbia River Gorge.
My work integrates guided imagery, nervous system regulation, restorative movement, functional movement principles, myofascial release, coaching, and evidence-informed wellbeing practices that help people perform at their best without constantly fighting themselves.
I work with leaders, teams, healthcare professionals, hospitality organizations, educators, creatives, entrepreneurs, and people who understand that sustainable success requires sustainable humans.
For many years, I lived with chronic anxiety and panic attacks. From the outside, my life looked successful. On the inside, my nervous system was constantly bracing for something that hadn't happened yet.
What changed my life wasn't learning how to push harder.
It was learning how to feel safe enough to soften.
That journey led me to study hypnotherapy, yoga, nervous system regulation, somatics, health coaching, and transformational coaching—not because I was searching for another certification, but because I wanted to understand what truly helps people create lasting change.
Today, I help others reconnect with the wisdom that's already within them.
Not by fixing them.
By creating the conditions where they can hear themselves again.
