1:1 Coaching

Health is where you are today.
Wellness is how you participate in where you go next.

Let’s discover your next supportive step.

Your health is not a final grade on how well you have cared for yourself. It’s a snapshot—shaped by your body, your history, your habits, your environment, and the season of life you are moving through.

Wellness is the ongoing relationship you build with all of it.

It is learning to notice what your body is communicating, understand what is influencing your choices, and make meaningful changes that support the life you want to live. Some seasons call for movement and growth. Others call for rest, recovery, nourishment, or a chance to begin again.

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life. You simply need to recognize where you are, decide what matters now, and take the next supportive step.

Where would you like to go next? What would having that do for you?

My Philosophy

I believe wellness is about much more than what you lift at the gym or how many macros you count.

Those things can absolutely be part of a healthy life. But so are your relationships. Your mental and emotional wellbeing. Your work. Your financial security. Your sense of purpose. Your ability to rest. Your relationship with yourself.

That's why I take a functional, holistic approach to wellness.

We look at the bigger picture because your life isn't lived in separate compartments.

The Five Areas of a Well-Lived Life

Physical Health
Movement, nutrition, sleep, energy, recovery, and feeling at home in your body.

Emotional & Mental Well-being
Stress, emotions, resilience, nervous-system regulation, and your inner world.

Relationships
Connection, boundaries, belonging, community, and the relationship you have with yourself.

Career & Finances
Work, purpose, money, security, and creating a life that supports rather than depletes you.

Mindset & Growth
Beliefs, habits, goals, curiosity, learning, and becoming more of who you want to be.

Because how you do one thing is often how you do everything.

And sometimes changing one area creates a ripple effect through all the others.

Ways We Work Together

1:1 HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING

Change your habits. Reclaim your energy. Create a life that feels like yours.

This is personalized coaching for women who are ready to make meaningful changes but don't want another rigid program telling them what they should be doing.

Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface and identify the patterns, habits, stressors, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

Then we'll turn insight into action.

Depending on what you need, our work may include:

  • Habit Change & Behavior Change
Create sustainable routines without relying on willpower or perfection.

  • Stress & Burnout Recovery
Learn how to regulate stress, restore your capacity, and stop living in survival mode.

  • Women's Wellness & Midlife
Navigate changing bodies, priorities, energy, identity, and the transitions that come with this chapter of life.

  • Mindset & Subconscious Patterns
Understand the beliefs and automatic patterns influencing your choices and learn new ways of responding.

  • Movement, Sleep & Nourishment
Build practical habits that support energy, recovery, strength, and wellbeing.

My approach draws from board-certified health coaching, behavior change, hypnotherapy, yoga, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and somatic practices.

Different tools.

One whole person.

PRIVATE YOGA, RETREATS & WELLNESS

Yoga beyond the studio.

Most people think of yoga as a workout or way to stretch.

It can also be a way to slow down, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, breathe a little deeper, and remember that you don't have to rush through your life. That presence is the goal.

I offer private yoga and wellness experiences for individuals, groups, retreats, resorts, and hospitality properties.

Sessions can be tailored around your needs and may include movement, breathwork, restorative postures, meditation, guided relaxation, and mindfulness.

GORGE WELLNESS EXPERIENCES

Wellness is better in nature with new friends

The Columbia River Gorge isn't just home.

It's part of how I understand wellness.

I believe some of the best things we can do for ourselves happen outside: walking through a forest, moving our bodies, gathering food, sharing a meal, breathing fresh mountain air, or simply getting curious again.

Through seasonal experiences, workshops, adventures, and retreats, I bring together nature, movement, nourishment, connection, and a little bit of adventure.

Imagine:

Yoga & Huckleberries
Mindful movement and seasonal exploration in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

Forest Bathing & Mushroom Hunting
Slow down, reconnect with nature, and explore the forest through mindful walking and seasonal foraging.

Hiking & Adventure
Explore the Gorge through movement, nature, and memorable experiences.

Farm-to-Table Wellness
Learn to create nourishing meals with local ingredients and make healthy eating something you actually enjoy.

Women's Wellness 40+
Workshops exploring stress, sleep, movement, nourishment, habit change, and the beautiful messiness of midlife.

Retreats & Seasonal Experiences
Immersive days and weekends designed around restoration, connection, adventure, and wellbeing.

Meet Tiffany

I've spent years studying what helps people change—and just as many years learning that change doesn't happen through willpower alone.

My professional background includes health and wellness coaching, transformational coaching, hypnotherapy, yoga, mindfulness, and more than two decades in hospitality, events, retreats, and experience creation.

I've seen what stress, burnout, overwork, people-pleasing, and constantly putting everyone else first can do.

I've also experienced what happens when you begin to change those patterns.

That's why my work isn't about creating a perfect version of you.

It's about helping you build the capacity, confidence, and habits to live your life well.

Today, I bring all of these tools and experiences together to help women feel healthier, more connected, and more at home in themselves.

You don't need to become someone else.

You just need the space and support to come back to yourself.

READY TO START?

You don't have to overhaul your entire life.

You don't need a perfect plan.

And you certainly don't need to have it all figured out.

You just need to decide that you're ready for something to change.

Let's start there.

Love Notes From Past Clients

  • Workshop Experience

“I didn’t realize how much I was holding until I didn’t have to anymore. The Restore workshop felt like someone finally gave my nervous system permission to slow down. I left clearer, calmer, and more present—not just relaxed, but genuinely settled.”
    — Sarah M.

  • Corporate Retreat

“Restore was unlike anything we’ve brought into a corporate retreat before. It met our team exactly where they were—overstimulated, stretched thin, and still expected to lead. The shift afterward was palpable: quieter minds, more grounded conversations, and a sense of cohesion that carried through the rest of our time together.”

  • Private Client

Tiffany is instantly warm, calming, inviting, and empathetic. She connects and gives of herself to be in that moment, which is instantly soothing. She comes from such a kind, connected, healing space that you feel like you've known her for longer, and you walk away feeling empowered and cared for!
