I've spent nearly twenty years building businesses and navigating seasons of ambition, anxiety, success, uncertainty, and reinvention.

I've built lives that looked successful from the outside and felt deeply misaligned on the inside.

Yoga didn't change my life because it made me more flexible.

It changed my life because it taught me how to hear myself again.

Today, my work explores the places where ancient wisdom and modern science meet—and how those ideas can help us create healthier, more intentional, and more deeply aligned lives.
