HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A Gentle, Nervous-System-Centered Approach to Healing, Self-Reconnection & Sustainable Wellness

The Survival Mode Reset

is designed for high-functioning women who are exhausted from constantly holding everything together.

Women who appear capable on the outside…
while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in chronic survival mode.

This work supports women in moving beyond stress-driven patterns and reconnecting with greater safety, self-trust, emotional balance, and embodiment.

Not through pressure.
Not through perfection.
And not through another restrictive wellness approach.

But through compassionate, nervous-system-informed support that honors the mind, body, emotions, and lived experience as interconnected.

THIS WORK MAY SUPPORT YOU IF…

  • You feel emotionally exhausted even when you’re “doing everything right”

  • You struggle to fully relax or feel safe slowing down

  • Your mind is constantly overthinking, anticipating, or bracing

  • You feel disconnected from your body, needs, boundaries, or emotions

  • You rely on coping patterns that no longer feel aligned

  • You feel stuck in cycles of burnout, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or chronic stress

  • You want a gentler, more sustainable relationship with wellness

  • You’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself

  • You crave more grounding, self-trust, softness, and emotional safety in your life

THIS WORK MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF…

  • You are looking for a quick fix or overnight transformation

  • You want rigid protocols, punishment-based coaching, or extreme wellness plans

  • You are unwilling to explore the connection between stress, emotions, the nervous system, and the body

  • You are seeking crisis mental health care or psychotherapy

  • You want someone to “fix” you rather than support you in reconnecting with yourself

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this therapy?

No. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or provide psychotherapy. My work is educational and supportive in nature and is intended to complement — not replace — licensed medical or mental health care.

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all. This work is accessible to all experience levels and focuses on nervous system support, embodiment, and gentle restorative practices rather than performance-based yoga.

Is this focused on weight loss?

This work is not centered around restrictive dieting or rapid weight loss.

However, many women find that as stress patterns, emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and self-abandonment begin to shift, their relationship with food, energy, movement, and overall wellness often changes as well.

What if I’ve tried everything already?

Many women who are drawn to this work are highly self-aware and have already explored multiple healing approaches.

Often, what has been missing is not more pressure or discipline — but greater nervous system safety, embodiment, and compassionate support.

What if I’m high-functioning but secretly struggling?

This work was created with you in mind.

Many women silently carry chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and nervous system overwhelm while continuing to appear “fine” to everyone around them.

You do not have to wait until things completely fall apart to deserve support.

YOU ARE NOT BROKEN

Your nervous system learned survival.

And with support, awareness, and practice, it can begin learning safety too.

If you’re ready for a gentler, more embodied approach to healing and sustainable wellness, I would be honored to support you.

Welcome, I’m Tiffany

Certified Functional Wellness Coach, Somatic Hypnotherapist & Restorative Yoga Practitioner.

For years, my life was quietly organized around anxiety and survival patterns.

From the outside, I looked successful.
I owned a thriving business.
I taught classes.
I presented on stages.
I appeared calm, capable, and confident.

But internally, my nervous system was exhausted.

I drove hours out of the way to avoid bridges and tunnels.
I chose seats near exits everywhere I went.
I drank wine at night just to quiet my mind long enough to sleep.

Meanwhile, most people thought I was doing great.

That’s the reality many high-functioning women silently carry:
appearing completely “fine” while feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in chronic survival mode.

Everything began to change when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started understanding what my body had been trying to protect me from all along.

My nervous system wasn’t broken.

It had simply learned survival instead of safety.

And slowly — through nervous system healing, somatic work, restorative yoga, breathwork, and functional wellness support — I began experiencing something I hadn’t felt in years:

Safety in my body.
Space to breathe.
Rest without guilt.
Presence without fear.
A softer relationship with myself.

Today, I help other women reconnect with that too.

Anxiety Isn’t Just Mental — It Lives in the Body

Many women believe they simply need to:

  • try harder

  • think more positively

  • become more disciplined

  • “manage stress better”

But survival mode isn’t just happening in the mind.

It’s happening in the nervous system.

The body.
The breath.
The emotional patterns.
The stress response.

When the nervous system spends years adapting to chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or constantly abandoning its own needs…

The body often begins expressing that burden physically.

This can look like:

  • chronic tension

  • emotional exhaustion

  • insomnia

  • inflammation

  • digestive symptoms

  • stress-related weight retention

  • emotional numbing

  • hormonal imbalance

  • burnout

  • feeling emotionally reactive or emotionally shut down

That’s why so many women feel frustrated when they’ve tried:

  • dieting

  • mindset work

  • self-help

  • productivity hacks

  • pushing harder

…yet still feel disconnected from themselves and stuck inside patterns they can’t seem to break.

Because healing often requires supporting the entire system — not just forcing the mind to calm down.

The Survival Mode Reset

A Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Approach to Nervous System Healing

The Survival Mode Reset is designed to help high-functioning women:

  • regulate chronic stress patterns

  • calm emotional overwhelm

  • reconnect with safety in the body

  • reduce survival-based coping patterns

  • restore emotional balance and energy

  • create healthier relationships with food, rest, boundaries, and self-care

  • reconnect with their own needs, intuition, and inner safety

  • support sustainable wellness from the inside out

My approach integrates:

  • Functional Wellness Coaching

  • Somatic Hypnosis

  • Restorative Yoga Practices

  • Nervous System Regulation Tools

  • Breathwork & Embodiment Practices

  • Emotional Pattern Awareness

  • Gentle Lifestyle Support

This work is not about becoming a different person.

It’s about reconnecting with the version of you that existed before survival mode taught you to disconnect from your body, your boundaries, your needs, and yourself.

This Work Is Different

This is not:

  • toxic positivity

  • punishment-based wellness

  • hustle-healing

  • another restrictive program

  • “just think positive”

  • spiritual bypassing

And it’s not about becoming perfectly calm all the time.

It’s about helping your body develop greater regulation, resilience, safety, and capacity so life no longer feels dominated by fear, exhaustion, hypervigilance, and survival patterns.

Because symptoms are not signs that you are broken.

Often, they are signs that your body has spent a very long time trying to protect you.

Imagine What Life Could Feel Like

Imagine:

  • waking up without immediate dread or tension

  • resting without guilt

  • trusting your own yes and no

  • feeling calmer in situations that once overwhelmed you

  • moving through life without constantly bracing for danger

  • experiencing more peace in your body

  • no longer abandoning yourself just to keep everyone else comfortable

  • feeling emotionally grounded instead of constantly overwhelmed

  • reconnecting with joy, softness, and presence again

  • feeling safe enough to slow down

  • feeling lighter emotionally and physically

  • finally feeling at home within yourself

Not performative calm.

Not “love and light.”

Real grounding.
Real self-trust.
Real safety.

You Are Not Broken

Your nervous system learned survival.

And with the right support, it can begin learning safety too.

If you’re ready for a gentler, nervous-system-informed approach to healing, self-reconnection, and sustainable wellness, I would be honored to support you.
