Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I’m the founder of RESET and a guide in nervous system restoration, rooted in ancient yoga wisdom and informed by modern neuroscience.

This work grew from lived experience. Through years of listening to my own body and nervous system, I learned that regulation doesn’t come from forcing change or performing wellness — it comes from creating safety, slowing down, and trusting the body’s innate intelligence.

RESET is not something I invented to brand an idea. It’s the result of years of study, practice, and integration. A way of guiding others into a nervous system state where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and space opens for restoration, clarity, and new ways of being to emerge.

My approach is grounded, sensory, and relational. I work slowly and intentionally, honoring the rhythms of the body and the environment rather than pushing toward outcomes. This work draws from yoga philosophy, somatic awareness, breath, sound, and guided imagery — without clinical framing, performative wellness, or empty “just breathe” advice.

RESET is offered both in person and virtually, adapting to different settings while remaining true to its core: a guided return to grounded ease.
