Hi, I’m Tiffany
A Columbia Gorge native, lifelong adventurer, and someone who understands what it means to rely on your body for the life you love.
I work with women who are strong, capable, and active…
But whose bodies aren’t keeping up the way they used to.
Because I’ve been there too.
For years, I lived a full, active life—working, exploring, staying constantly in motion.
And at some point, I started to feel it.
The tension
The fatigue
The disconnect
That feeling of doing everything “right”… but not actually feeling good
What I came to understand is this:
Your body isn’t failing you. It’s protecting you.
That realization changed everything.
I began studying movement, myofascial work, nervous system regulation, and habit change.
Not just to feel better temporarily—but to understand what actually creates lasting change.
Because real change doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from learning how to support your body differently.
“This isn’t your typical yoga class. It’s intentional, effective, and actually works. I feel stronger, more mobile, and way more connected to my body. It’s exactly what I didn’t know I needed.”
