Sunday Restore Sessions

A VIRTUAL WEEKLY MIND-BODY-HEART PRACTICE FOR WOMEN

Close the week. Come back to yourself. Begin again with intention.

Every Sunday evening, we gather to breathe, move, reflect, and restore—so you can meet the week ahead with greater clarity, peace, and calm.

Come exactly as you are. No experience required.

A place to set down the week you’ve been carrying.

The world gives us a great deal to process and very little time to process it.

We move from one demand to the next, carrying unfinished thoughts, tension, emotion, and the quiet sense that we should somehow be handling all of it better.

Sunday Restore is a weekly pause from all that doing.

It is a place to check in with yourself before rushing into another week. To notice what your mind is holding, what your body is communicating, and what your heart needs you to hear.

Together, we create space to soften what has been building, release what is no longer helpful, and reconnect with what matters now.

You don’t need to arrive calm, clear, flexible, or prepared.

That is what the practice is for.

What happens during a Sunday Restore Session?

Each gathering follows a familiar rhythm while the movement, meditation, and reflection change with the theme of the week.

ARRIVE + CHECK IN

We begin with the Mind-Body-Heart Scan, a simple guided practice that helps you notice what is present without immediately trying to fix or change it.

BREATHE + MOVE

Gentle breathwork and restorative movement help you settle into your body, release tension, and create a little more space inside yourself.

This is not about performing poses or pushing through a workout. The movement is slow, supportive, and adaptable to the body and energy you have that day.

REST + RECEIVE

You’ll be guided through a hypnotic meditation or guided visualization created around what we are moving through right now—personally, seasonally, and collectively.

Themes may explore change, uncertainty, rest, boundaries, trust, courage, self-worth, letting go, or reconnecting with a sense of possibility.

RELEASE + REFLECT

We make space to notice the outdated beliefs, expectations, or patterns that may be shaping your experience—and begin loosening your attachment to what is no longer helping you move forward.

You’ll have time for quiet self-reflection and a prompt or practice to carry into the week.

Created for the world we are actually living in.

These aren’t prepackaged themes pulled from a calendar and repeated year after year.

Each Sunday’s practice is created in response to the emotional weather of the moment: the season we are moving through, the uncertainty in the world, the conversations women are having, and the things many of us are quietly carrying.

We won’t pretend that a deep breath makes every difficult thing disappear.

But we can create enough space to hear ourselves again. We can decide what is ours to carry, what we are ready to release, and how we want to meet what comes next.

What you’ll take into your week

Sunday Restore is designed to help you leave feeling:

  • Calmer and more connected to yourself

  • Clearer about what you need and what matters now

  • Less burdened by the thoughts and tension you arrived with

  • More grounded as you move into the week ahead

  • Better able to respond with intention rather than simply react

You’ll also receive:

  • A recording of the full session to revisit during the week

  • A companion audio practice you can return to when you need it

  • Self-reflection prompts or practices to help you integrate the weekly theme into your life

You don’t have to remember every insight or recreate the experience on your own. The practice is there when you need to come back to it.

Sunday Restore may be for you if…

  • You spend much of your week caring for others, managing responsibilities, or holding everything together

  • You want to feel more connected to your mind, body, and heart

  • You have a hard time slowing down without feeling guilty

  • You are carrying stress, uncertainty, or change and need space to process it

  • You want to release habits, beliefs, or expectations that are no longer helping you

  • You enjoy gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, guided visualization, and self-reflective practices

  • You want a consistent ritual that helps you begin the week feeling clearer and more grounded

You do not need yoga experience. You do not need to be flexible. And you do not need to share anything you would rather keep private.

You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

What you’ll need

Create a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit, move gently, and lie down.

A yoga mat is helpful but not required. You may also want blankets, pillows, bolsters, candles, an eye covering, a journal, and anything else that helps your body feel supported.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever kind of week you’ve had.

Give yourself somewhere to return to each week.

You don’t have to wait until you are completely overwhelmed to pause.

You don’t need to solve everything before you can feel a little more grounded.

For 90 minutes each Sunday, you can set down what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and choose how you want to enter the week ahead.

Move. Breathe. Reflect. Restore.

I’m Tiffany Whipps

A Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Master Transformational Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher.

My work brings together behavior change, hypnotherapy, restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, nervous-system support, and years of learning how to guide the person in front of me through an experience that meets the reality of the moment.

Sunday Restore grew from a simple belief: we need regular places to stop performing wellness and actually experience it.

This is time to listen inward, move with your body, connect with what matters, and remember that recovery is not time taken away from your life.

Recovery creates the capacity to live it.

For many years, I lived in a state of constant doing. From the outside, my life looked successful, but internally my nervous system was always bracing for what might happen next.

What changed my life wasn’t learning how to push harder.

It was learning how to slow down, listen, and create the safety needed to soften.

Today, I blend these practices to create experiences that help people reconnect with their bodies, quiet the noise, and return to themselves.

Love Notes From Past Clients

  • Workshop Experience

“I didn’t realize how much I was holding until I didn’t have to anymore. The Restore workshop felt like someone finally gave my nervous system permission to slow down. I left clearer, calmer, and more present—not just relaxed, but genuinely settled.”
    — Sarah M.

  • Corporate Retreat

“Restore was unlike anything we’ve brought into a corporate retreat before. It met our team exactly where they were—overstimulated, stretched thin, and still expected to lead. The shift afterward was palpable: quieter minds, more grounded conversations, and a sense of cohesion that carried through the rest of our time together.”

  • Private Group Experience

“This wasn’t a class or a session—it felt like being guided into a different state entirely. Our group dropped in quickly and deeply, and the sense of connection afterward was something we couldn’t have forced. Everyone left feeling nourished, regulated, and more at home in their body.”
